Bathing Suit Season Is Just Around The Corner

Don't get stuck in a corner thinking it's too late to look good in a bathing suit this summer. It's not too late at all.

With a little hard work and good will power, the average weekly weight loss for women is 2 - 2.5 pounds, and 2.5 - 4 pounds for men. Think about how much weight you could lose in just one month of sticking to it. Now think about two months. You could be down 16 - 30 pounds in just 8 short weeks, right when bathing suit season hits.

How much different will your body look after dropping 16 - 30 pounds? My guess is a lot different.

I know, I know. You're saying right now..."I just don't know where to start". Let me tell you where to start...

First off, get off your you behind, and stop looking behind you. What's in the past, is in the past. Nothing effects you losing weight except what you do now, and in the future. Forget what happened yesterday. Do these three things for the next 30 days and see what happens:

1. PowerWalk for 30 - 45 minutes Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday.

2. Do 30 repetitions of each of these execises (Body weight squats, toe or knee push-ups, walking lunges, tricep chair dips, and bicycle abdominals) on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

3. Eat breakfast, lunch, & dinner, each with a handful of a protein, a handful of complex carbohydrate, and either a handful of fruit or vegetable. Then eat a protein only snack between the three meals.

Just doing those three things dosn't seem like that much. That's because it's not. But here's the key factor in all of this that will get you those weekly results you are looking for...

BE CONSISTANT

If you are consistant, the weight will drop off like leaves on a tree in the fall. And then you WILL be ready for the bathing suit.
