Die Fat or Get Tough - 101 Differences in Thinking Between Fat People and Fit People by Steve Siebold is one of the best books I've ever read. This book really tells the absolute truth about how the thinking is completely different in the two types of people.

I highly recommend this book for anyone trying to lose weight as it might just spark a different type of thinking in you than you've had in a long, long time.
