Shaping Concepts Wellness and Fitness: The Shaping Concepts Wellness & Fitness Center is a full-service, medically supervised fitness and wellness center. It is the only fitness center in the low country staffed by medical professionals, and it is designed to meet the needs of all adults and youth from those with chronic medical conditions to those who simply want to increase their level of fitness.
