Never Too Old

We all do it...use our age as an excuse to talk ourself out of things. Well after I saw these people below and what they accomplished I know I certainly cannot use my age as an excuse any longer. Check them out for yourself...

Charles Modlin started his track and field career in 1989 when he was only 64 years young. His wife would drive him to town nine miles away, and he'd run all the way home. Now at 84, Modlin has battled two types of cancers, but he's still America's fastest man for his age, running the 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meter sprints in times of 15.65, 32.97 seconds, and 1:17.59 seconds.

Kay Glynn, 56, recently set the world record in her age group, clearing 9 feet seven inches. Glynn who hasn't competed since high school took up
pole vaulting again at age 48.
